MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE

Note: for sample preparation follow the IRRIGATION WATER (LR) procedure at page 20.

• Select the

Calcium

method using the procedure described in the

Method Selection

section (see page 12).

• Using the 5 mL syringe add exactly 3.00 mL of sample to the cuvette.

• Use the pipette to fill the cuvette up to

the 10 mL mark with the HI 93752A-0

Calcium Buffer Reagent.

• Add 4 drops of Buffer Reagent.
